Cancellations |

- Cancellations prior to 14 days of arrival date are
subject to a $35.00 processing fee, per room.

- 1 night payment is required for cancellations that
occur between 48 hours and the arrival date.

Check-in/Check-out |

- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., however rooms are not gauranteed
until 4:00 p.m.

- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
|

| |

- Late check-outs will be charged an extra day

| |
|
- Arrival's after 6:00 p.m. must make special arrangements with the front office reception in advance.

- Management reserves the right to charge guests for
damages or missing items during stay

- Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms. However you may smoke on our porches and decks.
